4 new longform pieces assembled and mixed from several live studio sessions recorded between May and August 2022.
One of the consistent themes in this collection is the use of the Soma Cosmos "Drifting Memory Station", a kind of looper device that operates as an anti looper. Playing phrases into this device results in interesting multilayered textures that drift and interplay with each other; the overall effect being ethereal and dreamy. Using Mellotron sounds predominantly, it shapes an overall melancholic, dark and reflective mood that provides a backdrop to the more rhythmical elements that weave into mix.

These 4 pieces are taken from 11 live improvised sessions, all of which are also available as part of the Mindstream Exclusive subscription.
